Allowing users to view past posts when replying to a ticket

There is no way to allow users to view posts directly using the "reply_screen.data" template, therefore the only work around is to place the information from this template directly onto the "ticket_footer.data" template.

The following fields are required for to include the reply box within the "ticket_footer.data" template:
