Tickets cannot be accessed or posts are missing
  • Ensure that permissions are set properly on all files AND folders. All *.pl files should be CHMOD 755, all other files and folders CHMOD 777.
  • Ensure that the following folders all appear within your "tickets" folder:
       - /tickets/backup
       - /tickets/closed
       - /tickets/notes
       - /tickets/open
       - /tickets/posts
       - /tickets/surveys
