When I change an area's protection type from "mod_rewrite" to "htaccess", users lose access to the area!
  • Ensure that the protected folder is set to the proper permissions (777) allowing the program to write to the directory.
  • Ensure that the users are selected from the list of users on the "Editing Secure Area(s)" screen.
