When a user logs into his/her account, he/she is not logged into all of his/her secure areas.
  • Ensure that the "Individual Logins?" option is set to "No".
  • If a user attempts to access a secure folder prior to logging in, he/she will be sent to the login.pl page with specific directions to the program to only log the user into the secure area he/she attempted to access. To avoid this, do either of the following:
    1. Ensure that users access login.pl directly before accessing a secure area.
    2. Remove the following form field from the "Login Page" template:
