If you error states:

Not Found
The requested URL /cgi-bin/ppSD/login.pl was not found on this server.

Solution: Ensure the the following option is setup correctly before protecting a folder:
- ppSD Options Menu > "ppSD cgi-bin path"

If the error states:

Not Found
The requested URL some file name other than login.pl was not found on this server.

Solution: The file simply hasn't been uploaded to the location that you are trying to access. This is not a system error. Solve it by uploading the file that you are requesting to the directory using an FTP Client such as FileZilla.
