To reset a lost administrative password in Password Protector, do the following:

1. Download the /logs/options.txt file from your server to your local computer.
2. Open this file in any text editor such as notepad.
3. Place the following text in the first entry on the file. Entries are separated by a vertical bar symbol "|".

4. Upload the edited "options.txt" file over that currently located within the "logs" folder on your server.
5. Delete the file "sys_w0_s2.txt" within the "logs" folder.
6. Open your browser and navigate to the program control panel.
7. Your temporary password is now "pass" and can be used to log into your administrative account.
