Ensure that a file named mysql.dbh is present in the cgi-bin/c7 folder. If it is not, you will need to create a file named mysql.dbh using notepad, placing the following information on the file:

database_name|database_username|database_password

Update each to reflect the MySQL server name, username, and password for your server than then upload the file to the cgi-bin/c7 folder.
