The software does not meet the end-user's requirements The software proves unsatisfactory to the end-user. The software does not function on the end-user's web server.
A. Custom Programming: In the event that the end-user purchased custom programming on any purchased software and then requests a refund, the manual labor fee associated with the custom programming will not be refunded.
B. Verification of End-User's Claim: Ascad Networks reserves the right to verify the end-user's refund request in the event that the issue is related to server-incompatibility. Before a refund is issued, Ascad Networks requires that the end-user provide full FTP access. Ascad Networks will attempt to solve the issue. If the claim of server-incompatibility is confirmed, meaning that Ascad Networks cannot make the software function on the end-user's server, a full refund will be issued.
C. Refunds After 30 Days: No refunds will be issued after 30 days, regardless of whether they meet the above listed specifications.
D. Removal of Software: Before a refund is issued, the end-user must remove all copies of the software from both local computers and web servers.
