Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Sending of Funds

Ascad Networks will automatically send funds to the PayPal email on file within 2 weeks of the "Available" date. Funds will never be sent prior to the "Available" date.

Funds Sent

Commissions sent out by Ascad Networks will appear under "Statistics and History", subheading "Payments Sent".

Funds Pending

Pending commissions will appear under "Statistics and History", subheading "Payments Pendin". A "pending" commission means that until the listed "Available" date, these funds will not be sent out. Funds are held in the event that a transaction is reversed due to refund or chargeback.

Changes in Availability Dates

If an "Available" date changes, this means that the user who purchased software and therefore generated the referral has requested a refund. In the event that this refund goes through, the referral fee will not be paid out. In the event that the request for a refund is reversed, the funds will be sent out on the date listed under the "Available" column.

Orders Refunded Following Funds Sent

Ascad Networks withholds the right to deduct fees from a referral account in the event that an order is refunded following the sending of the referral fee for that order. The amount deducted will be equal to the amount of the referral fee.

Account Information Updating

To update your referral account information, please contact info@ascadnetworks.com with your requested changes.

Requesting a Check

If you wish for your funds to be sent in the form of a check, please email your request to info@ascadnetworks.com. Please note that there is a $7 service fee which will be deducted from the amount being sent out.

Agreement to Terms

By using the Ascad Networks referral program, you agree to the above terms and conditions. Ascad Networks holds the right to make changes to the above listed terms at any time without notice to the end-user.
