Rules of the program

All users of the affiliate program agree to these rules:

Linked Referrals Only

We only credit and reward referrals that come through the clickable link provide to you after you sign up. This means that we do not accept word-of-mouth or email communications (although we appreciate them) as a valid method of referral.

Sending of Funds

Ascad Networks will automatically send funds to the PayPal email on file within 2 weeks of the "Available" date listed in your account. Funds will never be sent prior to the "Available" date. There is a 45 day "wait period" before which we will release your funds. This is to ensure that we do not send commissions and then have to refund an order.

What products are eligible

At the current time, the only product that is eligible for the affiliate program is ppSD2. For web developmenet and web design projects we provide a flat-rate 2.5% finder's fee.

Commissions Sent/Commissions Pending

Commissions sent out by Ascad Networks will appear under "Statistics and History", subheading "Payments Sent". Pending commissions will appear under "Statistics and History", subheading "Payments Pendin". A "pending" commission means that until the listed "Available" date, these funds will not be sent out. Funds are held in the event that a transaction is reversed due to refund or chargeback.

Changes in Availability Dates

If a commissions's "Available" date changes, this means that the user who purchased software has requested a refund or there is a disbute with the order. In the event that a refund goes through, the referral fee will not be paid out. In the event that the request for a refund is reversed, the funds will be sent out on the date listed under the "Available" column.

Orders Refunded Following Funds Sent

Ascad Networks withholds the right to deduct fees from a referral account in the event that an order is refunded following the sending of the referral fee for that order. The amount deducted will be equal to the amount of the referral fee.

Requesting a Check

If you wish for your funds to be sent in the form of a check, please email your request to info@ascadnetworks.com. Please note that there is a $7 service fee which will be deducted from the amount being sent out.

Agreement to Terms

By using/signing up for the affiliate program, you agree to the above terms and conditions. We withhold the right to make changes to the above listed terms at any time without notice to the end-user.
